Securely place your items in the original packaging, ensuring all hangtags and hygiene liners are intact.
Print and Attach Label
Download your prepaid shipping label from the portal, print it out, and fix it clearly to the outside of your package.
Drop Off and Track
Hand your parcel to the designated carrier and keep your tracking number handy until your refund or exchange is processed.
